My experience was nothing short fabulous.. I appreciated the courtesy calls were from a person, rather than an automated system. A welcomed personal touch in this electronic world. The technician was prompt, extremely personable, clean, thorough, and very professional. I cant say enough good about him. My carpets look great.
Our technician Brad did a GREAT JOB! He was on time, professional, and got all my carpet stains out. What a difference the cleaning has made. Walking barefoot feels great again!

How come I don't get an invoice even after i was promised one online.
The young technician was OK but seemed in a hurry and was not as thorough as he should have been especially with the "scotch guard" treatment that we paid extra for and took him about 30 seconds to hit and miss with.

You’re product did an amazing on my carpets! They look like new again! Rusty who did the work was most informative and took time to explain things to me for instance the protectant for my carpets which I did this time. I just love your company. In fact I just recommended your company to my mother-in-law today!!!!

Technician offered an earlier time slot and when I couldn't be there he was totally understanding and got there right on time for my scheduled block. He was able to get the stains out of my carpet and it looks amazing!!
