The tech was very informative and nice. my carpets look great, better than previous carpet cleaning companies. The service was fast and I had no issues what so ever. Will definitely schedule more cleanings wkth zerorez.

Good quality cleaning without chemical smell. Cleaners have always been quick and efficient.
A few things I got a call to show up two hours before the appointment time. I did not state it was ok but my daughter said yes due to me being at work and could not take the call. I was not impressed with the carpets it was just ok. I still see little stains that the company I used in the past could get out. So meh is my feedback.
Just making sure the grout up against wall is a little cleaner and going over everything once or twice over at the end.
The two gentleman that cleaned our floors were very nice and professional.
Zerorez gets the dirt and stains out. The whole house smells fresher after the job is finished. After the carpets are cleaned they sprayed a stain protectant on the carpet to help prevent future stains from saturating the carpet. We have used them before and we will use them again.

First of all I enjoyed the person I made arrangements with. She was very polite, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. On a scale of 1 to 10 she gets a 10. The Technician that did the work was great. He was also polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and did a great job. He also gets a 10. I have old white carpet, and it came out just wonderful. The entire experience from start to finish working with Zerorez was great.
