After 9 hours drying, the carpet was so soft, I still thought it was damp. That was because there was no crust from the soap, which I was use to. Great Job!
There were places on my carpet where it looks, streaked like they were missed. Also, I had stairs clean but only the tops were cleaned, not the front of the stairs. Other companies I have used also cleaned the front of the stairs. I have light colored carpet so this is very noticeable.
I waited to review because when the carpet is wet it is difficult to see these things. The service representative was very pleasant and asked me if I was happy with the job but it's hard to notice these things when the carpet is wet. I did ask her to clean the front of the very bottom stair which she did without complaint.

Your employees are professional & courteous. Also, there is never a residue or chemical smell after my carpet has been cleaned, This is a safe and fresh way to maintain my carpet.

I was a great job, but when I open the pantry and bathroom door. I see what the floor use to look like before it was cleaned. I wish the guy who came out would have pointed that out and maybe could I would have had those two areas also done. Now I'm stuck with two small areas that look dirty.

We spent over $400 on our area rugs and there are still stains and odors from them. We would like a full refund as there was no change in odor and not one stain was lifted or lighter. We are not happy customers and we do not want another attempt with the job as it was enough work on our ends moving area rugs outside and back in. Thank you
