You cleaned the grout that we thought wouldn't clean

Our technician was very professional and thorough. Our tile looked great after the cleaning and I believe our carpet would have been if it wasn't so worn.

When there was a mix up in my service date the company was able to still squeeze me in at a time that met my needs. The service person was very polite and professional. He let me know that he probably couldn't get all the dirt out of my couch, did a sample area and didn't charge me for the work. I was not happy with the outcome of two out of three pieces, but in all fairness it's largely my fault for not getting them cleaned often or soon enough.

Zerorez cost more than our regular carpet cleaner -SunSteam and we don't think it got as clean.

I love the no chemicals but if needed for odor removal I havent found that the treatment is effective

Scheduling was very easy. Our tech was fast and friendly. Our carpet looked great afterwards. The tech mentioned that sometimes cleaning your carpets will bring up old smells but this didn't happen at all for us. I would use them again.

Steve our service guy was nice and knowledgeable but the cleaning treatment only really got the surface dirt. We have new pet stain resistant carpeting due to our dogs and had several urine stains that were deep down. The Zerorez treatment did nothing to remove the stains or the odor. After the cleaning, we could smell the urine stains even worse. I actually pulled the carpeting back and the pet urine was still in the bottom of the carpeting but never penetrated the padding. We will have to look for a different type of cleaning I guess to get the stains and the odor out. I was really hoping for better results for as much as you advertise your cleaning process. I can’t say that I would have Zerorez back based on this experience.
