This is the first visit in the over 10 years I have used only Zerorez for my carpets and furniture that I was disappointed after tech left. Call was due to pet urine smell. Tech cleaned whole carpet, $89, but no pet treatment .I believed and trusted him. But shortly after leaving g the smell was there. I now had to schedule a separate appointment to clean the area 😟

I have had Zerorez do my carpets for the last 2 years and have always been very pleased with the service and products. The carpets have always come out very clean, soft and fluffy. I would highly recommend Zerorez to friends and family. The carpets dry quickly and smell very clean. Dan was the young man that cleaned my carpets. He was very informative of what products are used to clean the carpets and get the dirt and stains off the carpets. Dan was very congienal, respectful and helpful.

Nothing was necessarily wrong. Service, ease of scheduling, promptnes, attitude, all were great.
I don’t feel like the traffic areas came as clean as when I have them done by another company that uses chemicals.
