We are very pleased with Zerorez and your service Tech, We would use them again.
The rep who arrived was polite and knowledgeable. Our carpets where done super nice and they arrived early. Which was a plus for me.
Jeff made sure to explain everything he was doing. Also gave me some tips on spot treatment on carpet.

First, your three guys that came to my house were extremely professional. With that being said, Zerorez is the most expensive company I have ever used to clean my carpet. I justified the price to my wife because I heard that it was the best company to use. Being a school teacher, this price of $550.00 to clean our carpets, was two car payments for us and we were saving for months to be able to do this. When the cleaners got to my house, they told my wife that in order to clean the carpet in the formal dinning room only, they would have to use so many gallons of cleaner to get some of the stains out of the carpet. They quoted her an additional $600.00 in services, not including 550.00 from the earlier quote. Who in their right mind thinks that middle class American's can afford to clean their carpets for $1,150. To me, it was over priced to begin with and for them to try and tack on another $600 really turned me off. I could have used my old carpet cleaning company for $300.00 to do the same cleaning as Zerorez.

He didn’t get the spots out and left the carpet soaked . We are in our early 70’s and had lots of carpet cleaned in our life and this wasn’t a good experience.

Deep chemical stains need deep chemicals to come out. All for the clean water, but some people want clean carpets.
