Your Service Agent was more than half the reason for the "10". Sydney was very professional and friendly. He explained everything and why he used the treatment that he did. His work was thorough and excellent. He completed the work in a timely manner. I wanted to tip him but he said it was against company policy, so I hope you pay then generously!

Great job at a reasonable price by a friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful "technician". I'd acknowledge him by name but unfortunately, I've forgotten it.

He arrived ahead of schedule after I was contacted about his earlier availability and asked if we could accommodate his earlier availability and since we could, it freed up my afternoon greatly.

No pressure to add additional services but when we asked about cleaning an area rug, he gave us a price based on rug size that was affordable and could be done at the same time as the other work.

We're now "looking good" floor-wise for the holidays and will contact Zerorez anytime we need emergency or our yearly rug cleaning.

Technician was on time, knowledgeable, and didn't waste time. Got all three rooms done quickly and efficiently. I love that I didn't have to wait a long time to get back to my daily scheduled errands.

She also educated us on the empowered water Zerorez uses and gave us a demo, I will request her next time we need cleaning. Our technician, Mike, was friendly and very professional. He did an outstanding job on our carpets and sectional sofa.

The grout did not get clean and the technician left the house before i got there. i told them i wanted to look at it when they were done and to call me and let me know when they were close to being done so i could come home from work, which is only about a five minute drive. So the guy calls me when hes already finished and then by the time i get there, only ten minutes later, hes gone. Cant tell any difference in the grout after zerorez "cleaning". Wont even think about using them again and i have told everyone i know how horrible the service was. Absolutely horrible.

We have had mostly very good service...however one newbie experience caused us to have to have a 93rd do...do not send out newbies alone

Rug did not seem to be cleaned very well. Looks dull with some small spots remaining. Does not compare to previous cleanings from you where I was quite pleased and satisfied.

On time. Tech was friendly, informative. You have a good person there and hope you will appreciate him and his service. Well trained. My carpet is old and he did a good job to help bring it back to life.
