Fast, efficient and they get your carpets clean!
I was disappointed in the beginning when I specifically requested Jared at the time of scheduling a new appointment, he was not the technician that came out. But I still had confidence that the company would do an amazing job. Apparently, there was miscommunication of the treatment used on my carpet. Topical was sprayed on my carpet for pet smell and the entire time of communication I asked the techs (Thomas and TJ) if this was the biological treatment that kills the bacteria and smell and they said yes which it was not. The smell is still bad in some of the rooms and my small closet where my clothes are. This smell was not intense until they wet and cleaned the carpet. I did not have this issue when Jared came out and did an amazing carpet cleaning. I contacted Zerorez to explain my concern and if they can have a technician come out and look over the carpet and the rooms that smell. I was then sent Anthony and he told me the only way to remove the smell is to purchase 7 gallons or so of the treatment for the urine spots which would be over $600 in addition to the $279 previous spent last week. Mind you, I did have my carpet just cleaned in August prior to this appointment. I asked Anthony how Zerorez can help rectify this since I was expecting a service to clean my carpet which still has a few stains and smell. Instead Anthony recommended I pay an additional $75 for two spots in one vacant room that has now a strong odor. This room only had two spots of urine. I watched him clean the two spots and told me the smell is gone and to leave the door closed. He did not clean the carpet in that room again and the smell is still there. I opened the window, put two fans on and it helped but as soon as I close the window the smell comes back. I was also told my very tiny small closet where my clothes are would cost me an additional $75 for one spot. This is unfortunate because I had high expectations and trust with Zerorez since a great job was done the first time. However, I am sad to say this was not handled in a manner to satisfy the customer. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I am hopeful to reconsider using Zerorez again in the future with 100% understanding of your product and services.

This company is the best that I have ever had clean my carpet .It looks just like new .There are no stains on the traffic area .Brian did an excellent job . I would recommend this company ,,Zerorez anytime .The carpet was dry when Brian said it would be .They must use excellent

Really clean and not too wet

The carpet is clean and soft. I’ve used other companies like four and felt like hairspray in the carpet until you vacuumed over and over. The tech did a great job!
