I asked for an estimate on a tumeric spill, I didn't want to pursue unless they could guarantee they could get it out. It was pursued anyway and the stain is still there. The guy was very nice and genuinely thought he could get it but to no avail. I'm going to have to buy new carpet and had to pay 89.00..
So I was NOT happy.

Your service man showed up ON TIME, worked around another tech, communicated with him and me to accomplish the tile / grout clean quickly. protected the corners and stairs from hose damage. the end result was FAR BETTER than I had hoped for.
