Your service does what it says. Steve- the tech that cleaned the carpets was very knowledgeable & professional. I would refer your company to others.
I left for Vegas right after cleaning (still wet). When I returned a few days later all completely dry but spots reappeared. Disappointing to say the least. 2nd time using your services each time confidence lessens... Lesson learned, move to another company ? Each time I used your services it seemed awfully quick, rush through just to get it done. Move on to the next... each time just under an hour to complete ???

We have always been happy for the most part with Zerorez. Only one time did we have a minor issue and that was readily taken care of straight away. The staff has been professional and courteous in all facets of the cleaning process, we really appreciate this and are happy we can continue to have confidence in a company such as Zerorez.

Pete was right on time. Did a great job but a little annoyed that every time we asked for a spot treatment it was another $25. We didn’t even have him clean 3 entire rooms, so could have done a couple spots for free.

Lower prices. I also had a couple stains that came up after Joel left but he did explain that that could possibly happen. It just feels like you threw money out the window for the pet stains. I just don’t think it’s worth it.

The technician was informative, knowledgeable, and very courteous. The methods used left my house clean and fresh, plus the carpet incredibly soft using the ionized water, not stiff like previous cleaning companies. Will definitely use your services in the future.
