I am pleased with my carpets now although I did have a scare with some of my carpet areas. They stretched and buckled. Although, they did return ro normal after a time this did not happen when I cleaned my carpet myself. I am not sure I will ever have zerorez do my carpets again. I have fears it will not return to normal and after reading about this problem no one assures me it won't happen again. I am not sure what I will do when my carpets need to be cleaned again.
Carpets were previously cleaned by Zerorez and they cleaned up again great! The technician was very personable and really took the time to do a quality job.

Had carpet cleaned 5/17 and part of the carpet was pulled up where step meets tile. Tech took pictures and told me someone would call me today. No one called. Plus carpet on stairs doesn't look any cleaner than before.

The guy was polite and professional, he explained everything he was doing and why. He let me know what he was using to clean the carpets. Overall are carpets look nice and clean, we are very satisfied customers.

Nothing wrong with service or technician. It's just that the rugs didn't come clean as I expected. I think the process is not good for heavy traffic areas. I think a chemical based product might work better.
