More natural process. Quicker drying time. Called a few days before to give me arrival time window. Technician called when on his way & was very polite & courteous.
Always gets my carpet looking new again. Friendly and prompt techs.
Technicians should wear foot covers as not to leave tracks on floor. Also, some areas took longer to dry than expected...24 hours.
No chemicals
Arrived at scheduled time. Professional friendly polite service. David and Ryan walked us thru the house asking questions and explaining what they’d be doing. Finished our carpets quickly. Gave us info on when the carpets would be ready to be walked on and furniture moved back. They know their stuff!!! Great team.

Zerorez employee was not interested in his job and it reflected on the service. I know good employees are hard to come by. Carpet did not appear to be cleaner than before service. Employee recommended to let dry for approximately 4 hrs with windows and doors opened and all fans on in house, the carpet was still VERY wet after 12 hrs. I will never use this carpet cleaning gimmick again
Affordable! No soaps used. Easy online appt. Communicated well for reminder appt and called when they were on their way. They were very nice and courteous!

It was amazing! My cleaner did an amazing job and got up stains that I thought for sure would never come out! He was kind and listened to my concerns! I will use Zerorez again for sure!!

The technician did a pretty good job considering that his power pressure machine malfunctioned and he had to resort to a smaller machine which took him a longer time.

I really liked the smell of the product, not a chemical smell but the organic cleanliness of citrus. The technician was on time and friendly, he explained the procedure and product and was professional. I highly recommend this company.
