Quick, efficient and professional.
I have always seen great results from the cleaning. This time the results were amazing as the carpet was very dirty. I'm sorry I do not remember the employee that did the cleaning, but he was the best one ever. Prompt, very friendly and very knowledgeable.
First, Angela was extremely nice. She said she was throwing in a free deodorizer, and she may have but it didn't help. The spot on the carpet that gotten wet, which was the reason we called had a fan on it and we only there for 24 hours before they came out. There was still a bunch of spots left over after the cleaning. I heard your ads on John Jay and rich in the mornings and they ALWAYS raved about you guys turning filthy pet stained disgusting homes (John Jay) into something amazing. After she got here it just seemed like a bunch of up selling which I have no interest in, so after all that for the amount of money we spent I'm not happy with the service.
I was amazed at how great my tile floors look thanks. The tech was great too.

Prompt & courteous service
My carpet guy said carpets would be dry in about 8 or 9 hours. My stairs took over 24 to 36 hours and most of the home took close to 24 hours. I also think it's funny how you have a 250SF rule but don't average. For instance, I did have a room that was over 250SF and you charged me extra for it. However, I had three bedrooms that were close to 120SF, or half of the 250, but get no credit for it. I shouldn't have been charged extra for the room that was a little larger. Overall, the carpets did come out very good which I'm thankful for.

First off your technician was Great! He was friendly professional and did his job very well. The carpets look good. My disappointment is mainly in the price of the tile cleaning. I would have expected to be “wowed” by the results for the price it cost. But it mostly looks like it was just an average cleaning. For the cost I could have purchased my own steam cleaner and done the same. And would have had it for the future to boot! I guess based on your great marketing I just expected so much more than any other professional cleaner.
I have been using Zero Res for the last 10 years. They do a thoughtful and spectacular job. The techs are personable and efficient. On time and professional job. Try them once and you’ll be a customer for life.

I appreciated the information my technician gave me. I had some bad pet spots and he gave me information and advice. I went with the extra special deep treatment and the smell is now almost gone. I would say about 90% but if you get down on the floor and smell you can still smell it. So not perfect but very close. Thank you Michael C.
