Ask client for permission to leave the plastic sheets at tbe jome, and where tjey should be disposed of. I found them in my recycling bin and had to move them to the trash can.

Service man was great. He was thorough, respectful, and explained everything. The service was expected. I would like to see the price a little less expensive. One of our rooms was mainly the walkway. Furniture took up the rest of the room. It would be nice if a room like that could be combined with another, smaller space for the same price as one room.

I requested a time for the appointment and was told there would be a two hour window. Somehow, I ended up with a 30 min notice. The carpet was cleaned on Sat am. It’s Monday, there are still damp areas after being dried with the addition of a fan over the weekend. I still smell urine in two of the rooms cleaned. I think I just expected something better.

I found it difficult to do business with your company in terms of scheduling. When I needed to cancel I sat on hold for twenty minutes and when I reacheduled my appointment was moved without my agreement and then I still had to rush home since the tech was over and hour early for the earlier appointment that I didn’t want.
