Our service guy was able to come earlier which was great and he was very thorough and quick and helpful. I can't remember his name but I would recommend him again specifically for our house. He was able to get all the stains out too! Thank you to him!!

Jessie did a terrific job, and I couldn't be more pleased. As always, my carpets and tile look like new. However, one problem. I was quoted $139.00 when I made the appointment, and was charged 179.00...supposedly because there was a small nook in the kitchen. This really bothers me as that small of an area is hardly worth an additional $40.00 cost. I have had Zerorez for years, and never encountered this problem before. My technician wanted to add $200 to my service to treat some pet urine stains. Because I didn't add that, he didn't give much, if any, effort to get the stains out. Some of them were not even urine stains. This is the first time that has ever happened and I was not pleased. I would have called to make you come clean it again but I felt like it would be a waste of effort. I've always loved my service but I think you've gone downhill.

The sales guy was very good and I would give him a 10 but your website is a little misleading. We have had a puppy the last couple month which is why we are getting the carpets treated and you wanted another $300 for one small section to remove the urine. I thought that is what carpet cleaning does.... also I was bummed that I didn’t get the 3 room special - price came to to be about what I was expecting
Carson was very polite and seemed to know his job well. Having floors cleaned is disagreeable at best but Zerorez is the best I have ever used,

plastic roll out carpet protector. The dirt was ground in and 2 other carpet companies tried to get it out! SO far it looks 100% better....TJ worked super hard and it was a true challenge!
The empowered water dies a great job cleaning carpets. The carpet is soft, not crunchy, when it dries.
between the products used and the hard work and skill of the serviceman, my carpets look like they are new; I will certainly recommend zerorez.

“WOW! We used ZEROREZ to have our tiles cleaned and what a difference. Knew they were great with carpet yet had no idea how great they were with cleaning tile floors!!! They look brand new! Technician Jared A is amazing! He worked so hard and efficient and was so knowledgeable about flooring and cleaning products for tile floors. Very professional, pleasant and impressive!
