Carpet is cleaned but not as cleaned as I imagined even though its only a year old and took over 24hrs to dry with a fan on the area

This is the second time I used your company for carpet cleaning and I am very pleased. Last year Albert was the technician and this year Cameron was the technician. Both men were very knowledgeable, careful, friendly, and did a great job cleaning our carpets explaining each step and what had to be done. I understand Albert is no longer with your company, but in the future I will definitely ask for Cameron. Such a nice young man and so very competent. Nice to know you hire such smart, clean-cut employees. Makes a different when we welcome them in our home. Thank you! I will refer your company and Cameron to others.

I like how easy it is to make an appt, how friendly the employees are, and that he explained everything and asked if we had any questions.
The carpet does not appear to be clean. As the carpet dried, spots are still visible.
In the past, we utilized Stanley Steemer, at a lower cost, and have always been satisfied.

Friendly service, no crunchy floors afterwords. Clean smell, but not perfumey or fumey in general.
I was surprised to see the pictures on the website were true to form. I vacuum regularly and keep my home clean. I was surprised to see how dirty my carpet was. I'm a true believer in the Zerorez process and a customer for life. The tech who cleaned my carpet, Jared, was friendly, kind and knew his stuff. Thank you!
