Your service people are very professional. Dillon explained how your pet stain remover worked and I decided to use it on our pet stains. It it is a very time consuming job but Dillon did an excellent job. He also explained that with pets we should have the carpets cleaned every 6 months and that is what we are going to do. They are the best carpet cleaner in the valley.
Carpets get clean, chemical free, and dry fast!
Austin took his time and made sure my carpets came out clean. It was not a rush job like you get from other carpet cleaning companies.

I have been having trouble finding a good Tile/Grout Cleaner. One day I met Saul Solorzano and Sol recommend me to Call Julie that works for Zerorez. I called Julie on a Saturday and Julie set me up with an Appointment. When she came to my home and seen the situation with my floor she gave me a price that would clean my tile. She set my floor in a Commercial cleaning, since I live in a Electric Power Wheel chair. The Day finally arrived with Chris in control. Then in an hour Julie came to give me extra cleaning supplies after she arrived Paul arrived to finish up helping Chris to do the tough areas. The team told me I could not go on the floor for 2 hours. So I went shopping.
When I returned my floor was brand new like the day it was new. "THANK YOU"

Professional, courteous technicians and a wonderfully clean carpet. Can't go wrong with these guys. No residue to attract more dirt and it dries faster than"the other guys". Second time I have used them and will not go anywhere else in the future.

Jon was very knowledgable of your products and carpeting.He is a very nice young man. Your way of cleaning leave the carpets soft and they dry within 3-4 hrs. My carpets are 8 or 9yrs old and look like new again When our neighborhood web site asks for carpet cleaning I always tell them ZEROREZ.
I've used Zerorez many times. It is the only way to get your carpets cleaned. The technicians are always very good.
I like that you use less water. It dries faster & doesn't feel crunchy. The carpet seems to stay clean longer. Also the prompt arrival time & so efficient.
