We have used Zerorez twice to clean and seal our tile. This second time there seemed to be a film left on the tile and around grout It looks clean but did not like the film that was left. Thanks!!!
I was impressed & very satisfied w/your entire process...I.e. scheduling my appointment & then experiencing the outstanding professional workmanship of the service agent. It was explained to me all the parameters of my project...I was also pleased w/the skill-set & can do talent of the technician...products used to clean my carpet exceeded my expectations & the expertise/ability of the technician resulted in outstanding result...
*others, In the service industry should adopt this companies service model...
again, THANK YOU for your exceptional service! JW
Always impressed with the customer service. This time for whatever reason, my carpets were “crunchy” after they dried. Also, they took a longer than ususal time to dry?? Overall maybe it was the technicians experience level.
Thank you,

Great service and always professional service people.
How amazing our carpets look after zerorez is in our home. Everyone I have dealt with is so professional and does great work. We will keep using zerorez for sure!
Great job!
My carpets look great and once dried, soft to walk on. The service tech was on time, explained everything, and was very professional! I’ll keep using ZERORES!
Carpets are crispy and there are still stains in the carpets. I just think that you over advertise the quality to get subpar cleaning. I paid more for zerorez than what the others to get a better quality. I just feel I didn’t get that.
I like how fast it was, and how fresh it smelled and Chad was so thoughtful. There were some spots my husband was worried but when we vacuumed it was fine.
I had Zerorez out to clean my carpets and tile and Colton was thorough and quick.
No harmful chemicals, knowledgeable technicians, price
The guys that came out were awesome, they did a great job. They were quick, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend them
I like that all your technicians are professional and do not do high pressure upselling once they arrive in the home. The technician's yesterday were great.
Very punctual, well educated and very polite techs, and patient.
How well the slate floors are cleaned by your products. Also service staff is very professional and pleasant.
Friendly technicians and they do a great job:)
The technicians were on time! They did a fabulous job, and treated my house respectfully.
I already recommend Zerorez to friends and family as I have used you before.
Everything always looks so good after a visit from one of your extremely competent, helpful and friendly techs.
Anthony Daniels, went out of his way to make our carpet rejuvenation process, a smooth and wonderful experience! He was extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend them for any and all needs, done to revitalize your everyday living places. Thank you, Zerorez for another awesome job! We’ll have you coming back, soon to do our sectional.
The carpet is no longer crunchy and the fibers don't lay down from the soap.
My house had to be revisited because the first tech didn't take the amount of time he should have to really work on the stains. The second tech who came to my house was dedicated to make sure a great job was done. If I could recommend him I would.
The products used to clean our carpet and furniture worked beautifully. Every thing looks new, colors in furniture vibrant and carpets looked like new. Felt like stepping on new carpet.
The guy who came was professional and did a great job. Tried to add some extra service but was not pushy at all. Would definitely recommend them.
Great crew!!..very professional, courteous, Carpet looks brand new!!....
