Nothing really came clean in the room, everything still looked stained and tarnished.

Easy to book appointment. Josh was punctual, courteous, thorough and did a great job. Carpet looks nearly as good as it did when it was first installed.

I like that no soap is used and my carpets always look so much better when you are done. And-you’re fast!
Normally, when carpet cleaners show up, they bring the materials to protect furniture from the carpet moisture when it is too heavy to move. Parker knew what he was doing and was satisfactory in his service but I saw nothing special that would make your company stand out enough to recommend future business. The steam left a lot of liquid on the tile floors and required extensive mopping up. Clean up should be part of your service. I suppose that since the cost of cleaning was inexpensive, additional clean up effort was probably not justified. Still, customer service and that additional effort is what makes the difference between a great company and just a mediocre one.
The areas really stay clean, the old stains don't come back after one month. I think its because of the company's water purification system. I am very pleased

My tech was exceptional. I loved that Zerorez called me beforehand to let me know that he would be arriving at the beginning of the arrival window, that made things very convenient for me.
He was professional and courteous and quick! It was a very pleasant experience and I will most certainly be using the services again in the future!
Steve was so downright awesome. He was very professional yet personable at the same time. He got out a nagging stain that others had not. We will ask for Steve next time as he was really great.
