Attitude and commitment
The chemicals to treat dog urine is too expensive. I could save the money from the cost of that to get new carpet

The test spot areas were cleaner than others, and for the rooms that were done last it seems like interest was lost or they were just trying to finish so they arnt done on the same level as the first rooms done.

Great overall experience. Ended up taking a little longer than we thought, but our tile turned out amazing. I probably won't spend the money on the carpet cleaning again as our carpet wasn't too dirty, but the tile will now be done every couple of years.
There is no residue and it is very clean

Carpets are so nicely cleaned, dries without leaving the carpet crunchy. I have been using Zerorez for over 10 years, won't use anyone else.
