What I love is the ease of scheduling and your wonderful technicians! Very professional and they do a great job!
The carpets look good. They are just crunchy. And it seems all your ads say that’s how you are different from your competition- that the carpets end up soft.
Someone already offered to reclean the carpets, but since it took 8 hours to dry last time, I don't want them recleaned. They look fine and as we walk on them they are getting softer.
Your thighs employee Tanner was outstanding. You should be proud to have such a fine man in your business.

When finished it didn't smell fresh, can still see some of the pet stains. It was vacuumed nice but didn't feel it really cleaned my carpet.this was the second time I used you. The first visit was great but then for $650 it should but this second time not happy.
No chemicals in your products and your service men were professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
Tambra was the Customer Service Representative that helped me schedule my appointment and was very thorough in her explanation of the process. She even tried to get me scheduled for later the same day I called! I had two large area rugs cleaned, dried quickly, no odor!
Your technicians are always on time (if not early) and very pleasant. They explain everything in detail! And do a great job!

The cleaning was great but not moving even light furniture was a bummer. I am a retired lady that lives alone and could not move everything by myself.

The experience was perfect from beginning to end. I scheduled online and received several confirmations and reminders as well as a call 20 minutes prior to arrival.

James was an excellent communicator and thoroughly explained process and products. I have medically complex health issues and was happy no toxic chemicals were used. Carpets are clean and look lovely.
With all the hype I guess I just expected more....especially at the price point. Just a regular cleaning if you ask me.

It was my first time using zerorez, and I've heard nothing but good things and was curious about what makes them different than other companies. The technician that came was very professional and nice, no pressure what's so ever when it came to add on's if you wanted. I feel like they are slightly over priced than others but still a very good product and very professional staff. Very nice and helpful and explaining what their products is.
Zerorez provides professional and friendly customer service from start to finish. Zerorez arrived to my home in a timely manner, thoroughly explained the estimate and left my carpets and tile looking great!
