Our 3 bedrooms are small and the furniture takes up some of the area. So there was not a lot of area to be cleaned . Also the carpet was not very soiled. It took less than an hour from the time your man set up and cleaned and removed his cleaning equipment. And the amount was 149.00.
I feel that for what amount of time We were charged for was a major profit for you. I will not be using your services again

I love have no chemicals used on my carpets and no crunch feel afterward. Also love the customer service.

Technician was very upfront about the costs and kept me informed what was going on every step. My carpet and tile looks good. The drying time was a lot less than others.

Ok this company and their cleaning methodology is top notch. The representative was skilled and knowledgeable. The process uses a citrus based cleaner misted over the carpet. A large diameter bristle brush flush and scrubs the carpet. 200 degree water/vacuum system sucks out the dirt and pulls the fibers up. Dried quickly and no residue or stiffness. Highly recommended!

The carpet was left pretty wet and once it dried i noticed that it didn't get very clean. I remember the tech said the traffic areas didn't clean well.
I wound up calling Coyt and they came in to clean a couch and offered to redo the traffic areas at no extra cost. The areas came out beautifully and i will definitely use them in the future. Sorry, but I feel it was a waste of money using zerorez.

I have had both my carpet and tile cleaned in the past few weeks. They both were really dirty and both look great. The water they use is awesome, as I am allergic to most chemicals. I bought some of their water and use it for almost all my cleaning. Also, service is tops. Both times the guys were friendly and helpful, felt comfortable having them in my home.

I received excellent customer service from ordering (I did it online) to follow thru with updates to the prompt arrival of the technician. He was very customer service oriented and answered all of my questions, got to work right away and was very thorough and efficient. I called Zerorez because friends and family have recommended them and they did not disappoint. I will use them again.
