Let people know before you arrive that you cannot remove pet stains.
Prices are a little steep and would prevent me from being a return customer
I was more pleased with the technician this time than the last time (about 4 years ago). This time he explained every step of the way and we walked around the house to see if he needed to pre-treat. Overall, it was a great experience.

The tech that came to our house was awesome
Very professional and though work
Stains are already back in 3 days. Even with extra fans to dry the areas at the recommendation of your tech. This is the third time I have done zero Rez with the last time being 18 months ago. I thought this time was disappointing,much more wanting to add things and the outcome isn’t as good. I feel like he kept blaming my dogs which I said multiple times are gated out of this room.
I like the product and your company is very efficient, just not as satisfied this time.
The cleaning process was very effective--our carpets have not been as clean since they were installed new. Odor free, no residue. We are totally satisfied.

I like that the carpets dry relatively quickly and that the existing stains don't reappear once the drying process is completed. Easy scheduling; however, I'll have to admit that over the years we've used your services, the prices have escalated substantially.
