The carpet didn’t drive for 10 hours in certain sections I don’t believe the young man was that experienced and also is he drag the hose in and out of the house he also brought in gravel off of my driveway and additionally put a lot of gravel on my walkway and failed to ask for a broom to clean it up
I did submit already...total time from arrival to cleaning 3 rooms and leaving was 25 min. Carpets wet in the morning still with running fans all night. Was told 4-8 hours max.

My living room and stairs look amazing, but I am disappointed with the den and master bedroom. Both rooms look rushed. Also the sides of my sectional cushions look like they were not touched.
My carpet and tile are cleaner than they have ever been when using other services. I like the no chemicals also!

As an older couple, we could have used just a liile help in moving a couple of the heavier pieces of furniture. This is part of the service your competitors supply.

The tile does look clean. But the mess the technician left behind does not make it worth it and I will probably never do it again. He sprayed the tile cleaner on the floor but also all over the bottom of nearly every wall in my house, as well as on the bottom of my kitchen cabinets. I have since cleaned the cabinets, but have not gotten to the walls. He left a mess on approximately the first 2 to 3 feet of carpet in each of our bedrooms from water coming in, even though the bedroom doors were closed. In our master bedroom he left a track from where he walked because his shoes were soaked with water form our master bath tile (He was also not wearing any shoe booties, which I thought was strange). I explained to him that the carpet was only 2 months old and he promised that it was only water and the carpet would look fine. I can still, a week later, see the discoloration from where he walked and the carpet is crunchy in that area as well. I really thought you guys did a good job 2 years ago when you cleaned our carpet, but I will never call you back to clean the tile.
