My carpet has large areas that were completely missed and are Still dirty. Cleaning wasn’t done up into the corners of the carpet either, the tech cut many corners. I stopped using you several years ago and now I’m remembering why. Very disappointed.
We had used a competitor for many years for carpet service . I wasn't happy the last time so checked around for new company . Decided I would try Zerorez and I am so happy that I did! The carpet feels clean again , is very fluffy and just looks awesome ! I will highly recommend this company in the future !

Environmentally friendly
A full , itemized disclosure of the pricing was not made before the work was done. The invoice received by email after payment was made and the charge for the shower was $200.00 not $20.00 as Ishmail, the technician told me before the work was started. This is worse than a bait and switch, this was downright lying.

Does a very clean effective job, removing stains.
The tech was very thorough and made our problem traffic areas disappear. The only surprise was how long it took the carpets to dry; almost 24 hours in places. Next time we know more what to expect.

After cleaning the carpet looks, feels, and smells great!
I just walked into my rental and I paid for the carpets to be cleaned and the tile to be cleaned. The carpet looks great. There is absolutely 0 chance that they did the tile. I either want them back out here to the tile again or I want a refund so I can get someone out here to do it.
I don’t recommend things to my friends.
