Don’t think I’ll use this company again. It’s not the guy who did the work but the cleaning service did not clean my carpets at all. Waste of my time and money. My carpets look worse now. They are only a little one year old.

I like that it looks so clean after and most of all that it dries quickly and without a crunchy feeling on your feet.
The guy you sent out here, the only thing he was interested in doing was telling us all the reasons he couldn't get the carpet clean. He had no interest in actually cleaning. He went over it and said there. Went back over a couple of spots but never did get it really clean.

The price was outrageous for what the tech did. I had an 8x10 area rug cleaned and it cost me $108.50. All he did was spray water on the rug and then used a vacuum to pick up the water. What a joke. But that's ok, fool me once shame on you fool me twice, shame in me.
The technician arrived right on time and was very fast & efficient, cleaning two carpeted rooms, one area rug and one runner in 45 minutes.
