You are on time, clean, efficient and want to do a thorough job of cleaning. I particularly like that there is no residue on the carpet and that within 6 hours, the carpets are dry and things can be put back in place. You communicate well with the customer about your arrival time.
Products used from pet stains removed a lot of it. Almost brand new. Also they were the only company that removed the gun stain too. I’ve tried 2 other ones, but nothing can beat ZeroRes. Robert was a great technician and explained and suggested about the stains. Very professional and knowledgeable. First timer, but will be a returning customer. Thank you.

The 2 man team that worked on my house were extremely professional and friendly. They worked incredibly hard, and cut no corners on doing a quality job. They informed me of my options for cleaning, and provided test spotting on my tile to see to what degree the tile and grout would improve, and it was amazing, and sold me on having all the tile cleaned. When completed, the tile looked better than I remember it looking when I first moved in 15 years ago. They carpet looked great also, but what really made a difference was their dedication to getting all of the cat urine markings up, and the solution they used to continue breaking it down. It has made a WORLD of difference from the hand cleaning and commercial rug cleaning unit I had used. I spent a great deal of money, but I feel it was completely worth it! The results are amazing. I'm a very satisfied customer!
they didn't put down the scotch gard protectant as requested and didn't do as good a job as you did the last time I cleaned my carpet
I paid over $400 for 1 rug and 1 short hallway to get the pet smell out. It did not work. The smell is identical to what it was before zerorez and the dogs moved out before zerorez.

some areas of my grout look dark like they are wet or oily.Areas that were fine before the tile was cleaned .I feel it was a wast of money having them done.

I had a great experience with the operator, he was very respectful and accomodating (I'm on crutches). The carpet (at church) that I had cleaned looks very nice. The only issue I had was that I didn't receive the invoice (to my email). I need that to request reimbursement for the cleaning.

I think this is the fourth time we have used Zerorez to clean our carpets over a six year period. You can't beat the fall/holiday specials...such great prices for a lot of rooms. We really like the fact that they use no chemicals and it is pet friendly. Every person we have had has been friendly, efficient, and very helpful. Even the toughest stains so far have been removed. Zerorez will always be the carpet cleaner company hire to clean our carpets. Just great all around service.

The only thing i didn't like is my carpets are course now since they have been cleaned. they were much softer previously. I'm hoping that changes after I vacuum a few times. I know that just happens when carpets get shampooed. I was hoping that using just water would not do that.
