Great job cleaning out stains and technicians are very efficient and courteous.
Due to a cancelation, Michael arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment. He was professional and very helpful in assisting me with a few pieces of furniture. Quick and efficient
My first time using Zerorez. The two men were very thorough and professional. They explained everything very well. I was very very happy with how my area rugs and carpet looked after they were dry.
Technician, Paul, was polite and knowledgeable. Told me exactly what to expect. O will request Paul the next time.

Do you technician was supposed to look at the carpet and let me know if there were any special needs because of the pets. He didn’t let me know of anything so I figured there was nothing that needed to be done. When I went into the master bedroom after he left you could tell there were spots that weren’t cleaned because there were two spots from the pets that where they are bright as day. I don’t mind paying additional If that’s what it takes I just really wanted my carpets fully clean. I wish someone would’ve told me rather than paying $320 and still feeling like my carpets are not clean.

The technician did not go over pricing with me when he got to my house. The cost was more then double of what I anticipated. The sales person on the phone did not break down costs by service.
