We have used previously carpet and floor cleaning companies; however, Zerorez has cleaned our home the best and the carpets feel soft and left our home has a fresh smell, not a chemical odor.
Kind employees who are knowledgeable and thorough. Carpet cleaning price was reasonable, but I thought the fee to clean my headboard was a little high.

Safe for pets
I can’t say enough about Zerorez! Our carpets are incredibly clean with no stiffness or chemical smell. We have an old dog who does quite a bit of damage to our carpets and everything is perfect after a Zerorez treatment. We will continue to use this company for a long time. The people are wonderful to deal with as well. I would recommend them highly!

The technician who worked on my house was very professional and nice! I could visibly see all the dirt coming up as he was cleaning and could instantly tell a difference in how clean the floors were. Thank you Zerorez!
The tech was very nice and professional. First there was a leak in his water line hose that thankfully I observed before it became a larger problem as he was here for a couple hours. Then the final step equipment, the extractor did not work, and he had to try and repair it for 30 minutes. There are areas that looked wet yesterday, but now it looks like areas were missed. Oh well, lesson learned... Thanks

I highly recommend Zerorez! Their technician was extremely professional and answered questions that I had. My carpets afterwards were so clean and fresh smelling. My carpets looked as good as new. I'm impressed and will definitely use them again!

Job was one master bedroom and the tile in two bathrooms. Did one pass with my vacuum once the carpet was dry and it filled up the entire vacuum with pet hair and dirt. Tile wasn’t cleaned under the sinks in both bathrooms and they sit 9” above the floor so it’s seems pretty accessible but it wasn’t touched. Tile also wasn’t cleaned around the toilets. Overall pretty disappointed and It’d be nice to get a refund since I already hired new cleaners to do the job again.
The tecnicians have always been polite and efficient. The product works extremely well, we have ZeroRez out about every 6 months and they do a great job.
