Our rugs look as good dry as they did immediately after your technician Garret's service. We appreciate the thoroughness Garret provided to each of the four areas we had cleaned.
You were highly recommended and now I know why. The only problem I ran into was my initial contact. I was on hold for 20 minutes, someone picked up then hung up. I texted back and someone did call me right back. I would like to give a BIG shout out to Evan who came to service my home. He was very kind and knowledgeable about the entire process, products and how they work. His professionalism was excellent! He did an outstanding job and is a true asset to your team! Professional service and the carpets look great plus they dry quicker than other companies that I tried prior. This is our second time using Zerorez and will not use anyone else. And no wet carpet smell lingering either!! More expensive but you get what you pay for and I’d never use anyone else.
I really like that you don't use harsh chemicals and yet my carpets and furniture always look so clean when you are finished.

I was surprised the carpet took so long to dry. Fortunately the weather was beautiful so I had the door open and the ceiling fans turned on in all three rooms, but it was later in the evening when the carpeting felt dry.

We for one the tech did not use the scrubber after he sprayed the carpets, there are some spots that are not as clean as they could be, if he used that machine like the guy did 9 months ago, overall the job was ok.
I had my carpets cleaned for the third year in a row. Jesse was my wonderful rep and did a beautiful job. He asked questions before we got started and wanted to know of any trouble spots. I am always completely satisfied with the care that I get from your company. I always tell my friends and my neighbor just used you to have her tile cleaned and was very satisfied.

It felt clean and not crunchy!
Adam was great, however I was hoping that the zerores process would remove dog oils from my couch. Adam was great to try, and said if it was oil the solution would remove it. It is dog oil from our dog laying of the top of couch, the zerorez did not remove at all. He offered to stop and not charge me when he was unable to remove it from the top of the back cushions, however I needed the couch cleaned and asked him to proceed.

The difference in my stone tile was amazing! Visibly cleaner and felt super smooth.
The technician was very polite and answered every question I had before he started the cleaning process.
I thought the tile grout would clean up better than it did, but I understand there were stains. Is there a possibility the stains could be lifted with additional cleanings or a special treatment. The technician seemed to think the dark spots were not yet dry, but it's been 24 hours and the darkness is still there.
