Great method of cleaning... does a super job! A courteous, well trained tech, named Kyle, did the work at our house. We had both carpeting and tile cleaned and also some spots on a sofa removed and some area rugs cleaned. We are very pleased with all of the work!

Interesting means of cleaning. Carpets looked very good and the tech was very good, it was raining heavily but he was careful to keep my house clean while going in and out. He did a good job on my carpets, was nice and respectful.
only complaint was that the tech I requested was not sent until I complained.

This is the first time I've used this company. I'm very satisfied the service I received. The tech was professional, pleasant and efficient.
They carpets where not cleaned the same way they were the first time with the machine that rolled and loosened the dirt before going back over them so they did not come as clean as the first time. noticed a lot the next day when it was brighter in the house and it had dried more. Was cleaned the same way the other carpet cleaners do. Like Stanley steamer does it. the guy was very nice pleasant and respectful.

Great on carpet but not tile.
This is our first time with tile cleaning- and we’ve had carpet cleaning with you.
My husband is not happy as we paid extra to have a bathroom done and the area around the toilet and near the shower were not cleaned at all. We had to clean those areas.
Secondly- the tile around our wood floor in the family room was cleaned but the spray product left a film all over the wood and my husband is very upset with this. I tried wiping with a soft damp cloth and the residue is on the wood. He’d like someone to come out and remove the water/cleaner marks on the wood floor.

Customer service!! The communication from start to finish was amazing.. Brandon was my carpet guy and he was awesome.. He went over the process before he started and made recommendations. He was knowledgable and I felt confident with him cleaning my carpets. Plus he cracked some jokes! .. Defiantly will be promoting Zerorez and call in a couple months before for myself...

You were recommended by a friend. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed. I assume the spots were not pretreated as they are still quite visible. I realize the carpet is older and a light beige, but Stanley Steamer always pretreated with very good results. Also, friend emphasized a shorter drying time, but I noticed no difference (4-5hours). I was certainly willing to pay the higher service cost if it had met friend's recommendation, but will probably return to former service.

How good it looks after the cleaning and no chemicals.
It was the first time we utilized Zerorez services, and we were extremely happy with the outcome. The carpets looked like new again, and spots that we thought were "chronic" actually were able to be removed. Our service professional, Junior, did an amazing job and was exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable. We look forward to getting the remainder of our office cleaned using Zerorez. Th carpets came out sooo good very clean and the STM’s didn’t re-appear, and the technician was awesome.
The service technician was very informative and helpful. My mom is 81 years old and had company coming into town on Thursday. She had moved everything out so the floors could be done. When the technician arrived, he didn't realize it was a 2nd floor apartment, and didn't think he had enough hose. He worked it out by parking closer and did an amazing job on my mom's floors. Thank you so much for your wonderful service. It is nice to count on someone in Arizona, when I'm in Oklahoma trying to help my mom.

I was nickeled and dime'd. I purchased 2 rooms of carpet, 2 rooms of tile, and stairs with 2 landings (but I only have 1 landing). My 2 1/2 rooms of carpet made up one room. My kitchen is one room and my dining room is another. The person stated that the 4 feet left of my kitchen were not Actually my kitchen. Same with my dining room (The majority of my Dining room didn't need cleaning. I only needed sections of it cleaned for the high traffic area part) I was so sick of bantering back and forth with him. He spent time cleaning unnecessary parts that could have been spent cleaning the 4 feet of the parts that I needed. In addition I paid 45 dollars for grout sealing which I saw was a can that I could have bought at home depot. He took that with him. There was a rag in the room that I picked up and started to wipe the tiles he didn't but he took it. He also left tiles in front of the deep freezer dirty. I told him he could have call my name and I would have moved it. When I moved it, tons of water was under there. There is also dirt around edges which he replied that they cant get to because there machines are round. So he watched me as I was cleaning it up. Also I can still clearly see where the grout sealing stuff was sprayed. It isn't consistent. He didn't believe me when I told him the floors would be clean after his 'spot test'. Its dust and people walking it for 2 years. It came clean as I said it would. I had a handy man here at the same time and the Zerorez guy wasn't very patient so I had to keep cutting him off as I was talking to the handy man. Then I really had to cut him off mid sentence to go pay the handy man. I was down there by myself moving furniture room to room. He should have done the carpets last because I have streak marks on the carpet from moving the table back out into the kitchen. The last thing I remember after all this is him asking me for a review and I thought to myself, that just isn't right. I gave myself a day to cool down. This is my review after cooling down.

My house has a strange odor ever since I had the carpets cleaned. The carpet looks great, but the smell has been difficult to live with.
