I can’t not speak more highly of the outcome and the look of my carpets. I appreciated the technician, (Austin), who made sure he answered every question I had. That evening, and this morning ,my carpets did not have that rough feeling... the rooms smelled fresh and clean and my little problem areas GONE!
Also, I scheduled a time window between 2-4 pm. I was sent reminders through text and called when the tech was on his way. He promptly rang my door bell at 2:02 PM. Love that my time was respected and of great importance.

Unable to eliminate the odor in rug.

I was happy with the carpet cleaning but not happy about my travertine flooring not being cleaned due to sealant.

Technician was nice. But honestly I just think I paid too much for the service. My floors weren't dirty enough and there were still some spots that weren't totally cleaned.
