The carpet was clean and felt like carpet when it dried.

For the prices charged there should be no snafus (at least without a discount) we were tied up nearly 5hours because the truck broke mid clean and it took an hour and half to restart the process. The tech was personable and did a fine job though...

Excellent work, my tile hasn’t been this clean since it was installed over 20 yrs ago. Tile and grout look brand new. The technician, Rob, was amazing. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and considerate. I requested him for our carpet cleaning in two weeks. I would definitely recommend Zerorez

The carpet was filled with dog urine. The person, who was very nice said he probable could not get the stain out. So basically I will have to call another company to clean the room again and get the smell out.

This is our first time having Zerorez clean our carpets. While it was a little pricey, it was so worth it. The carpets came out clean and when they dried, they were soft, not stiff or made the crunch sound when you walk on it. Furthermore, it was fast and easy to make an appointment and they arrived around the time slot they had provided. The Zerorez employee that cleaned the carpet was friendly and was fast. We are very satisfied with there service. Thank you Zerorez!

I had to have the guys come back to re-rinse the floor due to Being all streaky and cloudy. Plus the grout did not look much better at all. Some was very dirty looking. I was very disappointed.
