Technician Jesse did a great job. Supper friendly and professional. He was thoughtful and careful of our home, walls and stairs. Not to mention the carpet and tile look great!!

The team that come out to our home was Extremely helpful. They asked questions about the Stains we had on the carpet, so that they could better treat them. They where very understand and provide feedback on the carpet. We really think they are the best carpet cleaners we have very had before and they didn’t a Awesome job on our carpet and tile. I would highly recommend them to anyone

The technician was early which is great and did a great job. I wish some areas of the tile would have looked cleaner. I dont think anything he could have done.

We have been using Zerorez for a number of years and they have been consistently 5 star performers. The techs they send are professional and thorough. They do a great job and take the time to ensure everything is done to meet the customers expectation.

Ismael was beyond exceptional!! He was at our home for over 6 hours. He busted his butt to meet our needs and then some. We just purchased this home and it was in need of some very heavy cleaning. I can’t say enough about how kind and friendly he was, as well as, being such a hard worker! He also is a veteran for which he has my utmost and ultimate respect for. I will be calling first thing Monday morning to speak with the owner to let him know what a great guy he was, definitely deserves to be recognized!!

They did a very good job on our grout/tile.The service man explained what he was going to do before the job started and our tile looks new.We were very happy with the results of the cleaning.

Basically, EVERYTHING! I've never used any other company to clean my carpets because your service is unbeatable. From the time I make the initial call to your service department to the completion of the cleaning job I've NEVER had any problems. Your service people and technicians are always polite and knowledgeable. Appointment times are always kept, and your technicians make every effort to do a thorough cleaning.

I've always recommended Zerorez to anyone who's in need of carpet cleaning services.
