I usually have my carpets cleaned two times a year.. This time I had the tile and grout cleaned in my home. It turned out fantastic. Zack did an extraordinary job. He was very professional, knew his product, and gave us some good tips about keeping the tile looking good.

I will only use Zerorez because the company does what it says. Carpets dry quickly, and tile dries with no streaks. The grout looks like new. We are very pleased with the work Zerorez does in our home.

Really excellent service. They call 2 days in advance with 2 hour window, and the day of with about 15-20 min notice. They don't use chemical cleaners (as I understand), which is important to me. They may spot-clean with them, but that wasn't necessary with the 2 LARGE extremely dirty spots. Not just foot traffic. Cat puke and spilled coffee. It all came out beautifully, and at no extra charge. Wish I had been here to see how dirty the water was!

They did not do as good a job as usual. They seemed to be in a hurry.

I am disappointed, since you were recommended by two different people that didn't know each other.

There were dark spots left on the living room carpet that I had to go back and clean with Dawn Dish Soap and warm water. The spots came up very easy with just a sponge. I even showed one of the people that recommended you and they were surprised how easily the spots came clean.

Since our carpet doesn't permit stains to embed in the fibers, I don't understand why your machine didn't clean the carpets as well as I expected.

For amount I paid for the cleaning, I feel I shouldn't have had to go back and re-clean the spots that were left.

Spots are as visible as before you started. Maybe more so now.
