We paid $364 to have the upstairs (very small) and stairs cleaned with a "Biological Treatment". The whole process took less than a half an hour. There is absolutely NO way enough time was spent to thoroughly clean the carpet. The faint yellow spots along with the smell are still there. I listen to John Jay and Rich every morning and have it beaten into my head how great your service is with pets. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. They are sending someone out tomorrow. We'll see what happens.
The amount of time spent on cleaning varies, Our clinic on 17st and Thomas is much smaller then the clinic on 51st and Thomas however the tech was done within 45 min at the bigger clinic on 51st and Thomas and on 17st they took almost 2 hours and stains were lifted. I just would hope that a through job is completed every time zerorez comes out.

The Service Technician was great, very friendly, polite and professional. I am disappointed in how one room turned out but I'm not sure if it is the grout that was used in that room. Since the other rooms were great, I am recommending to others.

Our carpet looks like new! Susan at the office worked us in so we could take advantage of the September special, and then when Steve our tech came out, he further advised us and we saved even more! We purchased some “magic” water and are set for the future - that stuff is great!

The way the carpet feels after it is cleaned. No crusty carpet.
Grout lines closest to walls did not come clean and were left white due to the precleaner applied. These should have been done by hand if machine could not handle.
Overall I think. The carpet cleaning was a little better in terms comparison with my recent cleaning service.What attracted me to your. Service was tv add that explained your cleaning system I was a little disappointed at the results after the carpet dried.

No chemicals residue
Well it doesn't soak the carpet. There is no smell like wet pet or pad. It dries and stands up straight. Technician was nice and professional. The office staff is very friendly.
Like the product due to being green because of our dogs. It cleans great with no after smells! The price is good and the technicians always courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.
Even the tech was 3 HOURS EARLY!!! he did a good job and our tile floors and area rugs are looking good!
