The rep that cleaned my house was very professional and an excellent job.
Customer service was great and the carpets are beautiful and clean. We had a few stains that came out and we are very happy with the results.

That no detergent was used to attract the dirt. They did a great job and I only had the family room bathrooms and halls done. They blended right in with the carpeting that was not cleaned. I recommend the process.

First time having my tile floors cleaned my experience was great and the floor sparkled. I was excited to have zerorez return. This time was not good. There was dirty water left in puddles, the suction on the cleaning machine was not working properly. The tech did attempt to remedy by going over the worst areas with a smaller Hand held scrubber. We both got on our hands and knees with squirt bottles and rags to clean the grout lines. Tech left for about 45 minutes during the job. It was dark out when he returned, and more difficult to see what was missed. The floor feels waxy and gritty and does not shine. I’m so disappointed in the result. I’ve moved all the furniture back already, but would appreciate if you could send someone to redo the accessible areas in the hopes of improving the result. Thank you.

They literally don't move anything when cleaning carpets, 3 rooms 2 of which only had lamps and cleaned around them, closet doors in one room where centered and cleaner was scooted around doors where not slid to one side or the other to make sure everything was cleaned, the other room doors were already slid to one side and only the side that was open got cleaned. And the last room again empty except a crib which is easily slid or could have easily asked me to move it during the clean. It was cleaned around the crib no attempt to slide it which is easily done by one person or again could have asked me to, no attempt to clean under the open area below the crib. But will add they did do a good job of removing a large pet stain in one of the rooms. I know they say they don't move anything but come on be reasonable: 2 lamps and a crib.
