Where is the payment receipt you promised to email to me? Instead, you want to know if I'd recommend your company--not until you follow-through with your promise of my cash payment receipt!
I have used Zerorez two times now for carpet and grout cleaning. They are prompt,courtious, thourough, and the results are amazing! I am so happy with their service that I will not go elsewhere. Oh, and my grout looks brand new.

The service was just as advertised--clean, no residue, efficient service. Our guy arrived a bit earlier than the given window of arrival--no problem with that.

After the representative left and I got home from work, my house smelled like wet dog and still does! It has never smelled this strong after a cleaning. I am very disappointed and embarrassed as we have company thru the weekend.

I left for Vegas right after cleaning (still wet). When I returned a few days later all completely dry but spots reappeared. Disappointing to say the least. 2nd time using your services each time confidence lessens... Lesson learned, move to another company ? Each time I used your services it seemed awfully quick, rush through just to get it done. Move on to the next... each time just under an hour to complete ???

We have always been happy for the most part with Zerorez. Only one time did we have a minor issue and that was readily taken care of straight away. The staff has been professional and courteous in all facets of the cleaning process, we really appreciate this and are happy we can continue to have confidence in a company such as Zerorez.
