Rugs where cleaned, but the carpet on the stairs was still damp the next morning and the area rug was very wet in some spots and after 7+ hours we used a hair dryer to dry the spots on the area rug.
Aaron did a very fine job. We had the equivalent of eight rooms to do, and they look quite good. One room, the office, had still a couple of stains that did not totally respond to the cleaning process, but if it couldn't be done,so be it. Overall, I would recommend your service over others we have used!

The banging of equipment was a bit tolerable with the noise. My house is not even 2 years old and I have tile through out except for the bedrooms. It was a heavy rainy day and my outlets kept popping the breakers. I couldn’t get into the house at first because of the power issue. Needless to say half the house was having issues with power when I was able to get in. I wanted to reschedule but he stated they already started. He should me the carpet and stated it will not have any crunchy feeling with their process. The next day with more daylight, I noticed my tile was all chipped and pieces were broken off by the carpet entry doorways with both bedrooms that were done. The carpet was definitely crunchy. I usually like to get my carpets cleaned 2-3 times a year and have been a homeowner for over 20 years. The crunchy feeling, I’m hoping will go away when I vacuum this weekend. The damage to my tile with my new house is very disappointing.
Room sizes in estimate need to be made clear. If an average room size according to your advertising is between 200 and 250 sq feet, and your special included 3 rooms. I would expect a minimum of 600 sq feet. The sq footage of my area was less than 400 feet, yet I paid extra to have my bathroom done.. IF
I use your service again I will be measuring and only paying for actual sq footage.
The rug was cleaned so well that it looks brand new! Angela was so very nice. I will definitely have Zerorez clean my rugs again!!

He was on time, fast efficient and a job very well done. There were walkways that we’re matted and they came up beautifully. I was also truly amazed at the transformation of my kitchen tile. I won’t hesitate to utilize their services again in the future.
Came during time window. Respectful and knowledgeable technition. Carpets look great! No hard or crusty carpet when dry. Very fluffy and clean carpet! Our stairs have never looked better! Professional and economical
I spent two days trying to get our carpets clean with an expensive portable machine, it didn't do a good job of cleaning and left behind a nasty, soapy residue even after multiple rinse passes.
Our ZeroreZ guy showed up and looked at what I had done and assured me he could make it better.
In about an hour he had cleaned the carpets I had spent hours on over two days. The carpets are now clean with no visible dust and grit left at the backing and no soap left that we can see or feel.
Even better he left the carpets so dry that most of the rooms were usable in a few hours, the most heavily soiled one that he put a lot of work into was dry enough to walk on in about six hours. The portable machine I used left them so wet, even after multiple drying passes that it took overnight, with the windows open and fans blowing before the rooms were usable.
