I was in a bit of a panic, it was 4:00 pm and I unexpectedly needed my carpets cleaned the next day. I called, you guys came through. Courteous, professional, friendly staff. On time and you do a great job. The look and feel of my carpets is great. I recommend you to everyone.who will listen. lol

Two areas in two of the rooms cleaned still need the high traffic area redone.
I use Zerorez because they do not leave any odor and my tile floors and carpeting are left clean without any cleaning solvent scent. My husband has COPD so this is very important to us.

Great job! The carpet looks fantastic, even the high traffic areas.
I have been disappointed on both of the last two attempts to clean our carpets. I really think ole soap and water would have done a better job in getting the carpet looking cleaner. We have used you several times with our rentals and the first few years you performed great but not so much lately.
I couldn’t believe the amount of dog hair the technician pulled out of my carpets. They’ve never been cleaner!
