12 year old carpet, with a dog, a dog that sheds, and come in and out of the house all day, carpet in terrible shape, dingy and lots of stains, did not expect much, but the carpet looks great, clean and a 1000 percent better, treatment was fast and thorough, mike was very professional, and knowledgeable. Dry time was about 4 hours, and no chemical Odor, will use again, and recommend to friends and family..
Zerorez representatives are always professional and don’t disrupt the house while cleaning rooms. The carpet always looks so nice and refreshed. It smells good and is never crunchy after it dries. Zerorez is my go to for carpet and furniture cleaning.
our service person worked very hard at getting cat stains out. all the carpets looked great. I love your water. Just bought another big jug. Most amazing on stainless. if you have had other "cleaners" put on your stainless, it takes a while to get it off but once you bring it back to its original it is so easy to keep it clean and no streaks. we use it when there is a spill by human or cat to clean up the carpet and it works so well. I really love it when I have to clean the hood over my stove. Viking and really big. again your water just cleans all the grease off and makes it all shiny again.

I love how fast and efficient it was to clean my carpet. Took no time at all. The carpet looks and feels amazing! No chemicals or harsh frangrances either which was great for my asthma and allergies! I recommend this to any and everyone!!!

So i have concrete floors. They are not epoxy or anything like that. I talked to the receptionist and made an appt to clean the floors. She said they would do a test spot to see if the floors would hold up.
When it came time to do the floors, the man who did them were super nice! I have nothing bad to say about him at all. He just did what I thought was a test spot like we discussed. But I guess he only sprayed the solution on the floor and then started the whole process.
Our floors in curtain areas looked like it had a bad sunburn and was peeling. We have to reseal our floors because the seal is gone in certain areas.
I like the professional service with no chemical residue.
Arrived on time Worked on spots and stains until the were eliminated worked efficiently.
Performance.
They don't leave a residue on the carpet.
