I just don’t think the carpets were cleaned well enough. I noticed stains that were not oringinally there before the carpets were cleaned. I scrubbed stains that were left after the service and was able to get them out. I feel that if I was able to get stains out cleaning them by hand, the machine should have gotten them out easily.
I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks ahead of time, your company called to confirm 4 days prior and the morning you were scheduled to come to my home you tried to cancel/reschedule my appointment. I was able to convince your team to keep the appointment. My carpets look clean, but the pet smell and stains on the carpet got worse after my appointment. I didn't think that a permanent marker stain would come out, however it spread worse. The pet smell in my son's room got worse even after paying $40/room to kill the bacteria and "remove" the pet smell. I'm disappointed because of all the positive reviews I read about your company and I don't feel that your company did any better than previous carpet cleaning companies, residue or not.

Carpets always look amazing, timely appointments, friendly service, affordable!
At first glance, carpets appeared clean. Upon drying, two of the three rooms have lines in the carpet where you can follow which way the wand went upon cleaning. Tried vacuuming cross grain, lines still there. Not certain carpets were cleaned properly. The third room, lines not as bad but they didn't clean behind the door. Not the quality of work I've had in the past and expect.

In some ways my rug ended up being more dirty than it was before. There's now a yellow tinge all over my white rug that wasn't there before. Pretty disappointed, especially since it was $89.
What good I can say is that the technician was professional and very nice.
I feel after the carpet dried, there were still areas that could have come cleaner.. I had to ask the guy to go over the rug more, and when he did., it came cleaner.

Customer service is an obvious #1 with Zerorez. The technician was educated on the products and services,was a thorough and a very hard worker. The extra money was worth every penny for the pet odors and deep clean steaming. Everyone was upright and honest about the cost of each service. Thank you for everything, even the check up and return comments on how the job went and promise of making things right if you aren't satisfied with any work done.
