They very prompt. They took time out to make sure my furniture was protected and away from the hose. Great service and very courteous.
You are all always very professional, you do a very good job, my carpets are always clean, and dry very quickly. This last time even though the vacuum suction machine was not operating very good, you warned me it would take longer to dry, but took the extra time to go over the carpets several times to get as much water out as possible, and they were dry in the normal couple hours.
I always recommend you to persons I know, and wish you also operated in Iowa as I would have you out at my place there doing the carpets.

Austin was done quickly and I thought efficiently but as my husband came home he said the carpet did smell and as I got to sniffing he was right. Our previous experiences have been great so I really just expected the same result. I kept it off the ground and lysol but it still isn't as fresh as previous. Now as I look at the furniture the chair cushion still had pet hair. Hmmmm
Lingering smell in one of the rooms, nearly a week after cleaning. The technician rushed through the service, and gouged the freshly painted walls with the equipment. I will not recommend a company who’s employees have such a lack of respect for personal property. I gave a score of three...yet the review says eight.
