Thorough, fast, friendly service. The technician completed the cleaning task very quickly and did a superb job just in time for Thanksgiving .
On the recording, it says it includes everything. When they got here they up-sold a few things. The one room they used a deodorizer in, smelled bad again a few days later. In all, I was happy, but not happy enough to give a 10.

I had my 2 story house done and while the two techs that came to do the carpets were very friendly and nice I feel like the top floor was done more thoroughly than the bottom floor. It was a lot of work, I get it, and the girl who did the bottom floor seemed to be a new trainee so I guess that’s why, I just think that they both paid more attention to the top floor when pre-treating and such when the bottom floor was in much more need of that kind of attention. My carpets look good I just feel they could have had the same results on the bottom half of the house that they got on the top half.
THE person that cleaned my carpet was friendly and willing to explain and answer any questions I had about my carpet, he was knowledgeable and did a good job. My carpet looks very good and was not stiff when it dried. Very pleased with the whole experience.
Better spot removal
Courtesy is outstanding, The Zerorez representative was very professional in attitude and was determined to do a great job! We used to use Stanley Steamer with unsatisfactory results. Zerorez is the only way to go!
Sidney was excellent. He was very professional, set the right expectation, did a test spot, It cleaned very well, so he proceeded to do the entire house. He was very careful, did a great job and cleaned up while the last floor was drying. It's not often that you encounter a young man with that much professionalism and pride in what he does. I sincerely hope he is recognized for making our experience outstanding.

Abe was our technician. He was very considerate and explained each process along the way. He was also very considerate of our pets, trying not to scare them and making sure they didn’t try to get out the front door. He did a great job on the carpets, making them look brand new! The cleanest carpet company and ypu hire professional people to come into our home.
Aaron Farley did a WONDERFUL and FANTASTIC job!! The disappointment came when I went to pay almost $600 in cleaning and I could not pay it with my American Express! That is a lot of points lost on a high cost item that will force me to choose another cleaner the next time. Those of us that use American Express would never know if you were charging the extra cost to honor the card, and your prices are already pretty high compared to others, so why not let us use our chosen charge card.
Anyway, just wanted you to know, this is why I won't be back as a customer.
