Yesterday morning zerorez came to clean my carpet (installed nov 2017). I was having it cleaned due to construction in the master bathroom and the feeling of dust residue left over from construction. There were no stains simply residual dust.
After completion of the cleaning I looked around and saw a completed cleaning job. The carpet was variegated in color which is to be expected as the carpet was drying and combed in different spots.
As the carpet dried we found a spot that was not drying. We discovered a wet spot about 4 inches across that felt soapy to the to the touch and was not drying. We went over it with water and a wet vac and as the residue was removed the carpet was discolored underneath. This was not how the carpet looked before cleaning. There was no spot previously. Anyone cleaning over this spot would have noticed it immediately. So if zerorez deposits no residue and removes all residue why is my carpet discolored?

The staff was very friendly . But 40 minutes for 4 areas of cleaning, I have to ask person to go certain heavy traffic area couple more times because it was still visible , at first was told it will not make any difference , I insist give it a try and then it did make a big difference , didn’t feel like I have to babysit . Had too high of expectation with the price I will go back to Sears .
Everything that John Jay and Rich have said about your products and services are true. Tanner our guy, explained everything to us. Then proceeded to clean. First the nasty carpeting, then the tile and finally the granite.
How nice it is to walk barefoot on our nice clean soft carpet.

Zerorez Carpet cleaning is a little bit expensive, but process seems to clean the carpet.
