Rugs look great and really helped with the pet stains
I love zerorez and have been using you guys for years. However I was disappointed in this visit. My rugs came out ok, but because the tech came an hour early without texting first, I wasn't home, a roommate was. One of my rugs needed a biologics treatment but bc I wasn't home I couldn't authorize it. Now we will have to have you guys come back. I also forgot to request a stain free treatment and would like to have added that at time of service. There were problems with the confirmation text, so I needed to call to have the window of time issued. Just not very good logistics.

Your ads sell your service perfectly, if only you actually did everything you say you could. Walk way areas no better than before I spent almost 400 bucks! I was told dry time was 4-6 hours, and 48 hours later I still have damp carpet. I would like a refund because your services are worthless.
