The gentleman that came was very informative and helpful. He worked very hard. The carpets looked fantastic. We have used your company for a couch prior and it worked amazingly and that is why we called for the carpet and tile. It made a huge difference. The house had a high amount of cigarette smell (this was my mother's house and she smoked inside) and it reduced the smell quite a bit. Would recommend to all.

My carpets have never been so clean. I have 6 dogs and have my carpets cleaned frequently. This was my first time with Zerorez. The technician was great and I was utterly surprised at how clean and fresh smelling my carpets were. I was planning on replacing the carpet in November, but they honestly look new. I was skeptical about their claims, but now I am a believer. I will never use another carpet cleaning company again.

I was told I would get Able. I waited for Able. Strangers came to my door. I all most didn't let them in. Thank goodness they were excellent. Told me it was Able's day off.
WHY DID YOU DISRESPECT MY REQUEST?
Tech was very professional. The tile cleaning made a bigger difference then I thought it would on the appearance of the grout. The grout is not perfectly clean but it is significantly better. I like the idea that cleaning is natural products but the grout seal smelled very toxic. I wish that zerorez would have given me a heads up on the sealer so I could have made arrangements for our dog to be out of the house for the day.
Your service provider (Brian Blood) did an excellent job! He was very thorough and made sure I was satisfied with the job before he left. He was also very careful to prevent the walls from being marked up with the hoses. Brian is a great representative for your company and I will request him personally in the future.

Some of the grout lines didn’t come quite as clean as when Natural Stone Care did the cleaning.
We have used Zerorez Phoenix for several years. I had previously tried a couple of carpet cleaners but was never satisfied with the results. Zerorez managed to keep our older carpet looking new even though it was over 10 years old. We purchased a new carpet last year and again used Zerorez.

Very pleased with the job. Had some real issues with stains from pets and grandgirls. Carpet looks great. The tech was very nice and thorough, and drying time was so much better than other carpet companies I have used. I will definitely use your service again, and highly recommend it.
Zerorez did a great job on our carpet. We have white carpet and all of our spots came up great! Even our off white couches look great after a lot of pet spots. I highly recommend and we will be using again. Scheduling was easy and our cleaner was extremely knowledgeable.
