I can feel good about contaminating my home with a bunch of harmful chemicals.
I’ve have always had a posiiive experience with zeeorez service but when I had my carpets cleaned this last time the technician was aggressive toward me after I asked him to work a little longer on my staircase and landing. I called the manager and her answer was she would send him to training!? Wow!! No help there. Now I’ll think twice before I recommend your company.
I cannot believe how great my tile looks after Zerorez cleaned it! I feel like I have brand new tile. The service was convenient, affordable and exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much!

Zerorez does a good job of cleaning my carpet and some furniture too, I have had them several times and would recommended them highly. I also like the idea that the carpet dries quickly and that's important to me as well.
I like how you can do everything online.
Some carpet needs to have a scrubber used instead of the wand to get the carpet really clean. This should be an option

The staff who came to our home were very friendly. They took the time to explain the process and how Zerorez works. The result was great and our carpet and tile look so much better. wow I was impressed with both the service and the very nice young man that did the work
He explained everything we needed to know about the product and the service. He worked very efficiently and we were extremely pleased with the results. We have a 14 year old dog that has lost control and made too many mistakes. There was no judgement on the bad state of our carpet and when he was finished there was no evidence of any mistakes. Plus the carpet was dry in no time and we put all the furnishings back that evening.
So did I like the service? Well I have already told my neighbor about Zerorez I am also selling my carpet cleaner and calling on Zerorez when my carpets need cleaning

We were very happy with our technician Austin. We have used your service before but this was the best cleaning yet. Austin did a great job, was not in a hurry and was very thorough. We would like to request him as our technician from now on if at all possible.
I like the results of clean carpet knowing my cat is safe from chemicals that are harmful. Also I like the service and staff at Zerorez and I will recommend them to my friends and family.
It’s more natural
We had a stain that was less then 3 hours old (our dog pooped right before the technician got here). It didn't run through to the pad, it was just on top and your system did not get the stain out. I went to Safeway and got a $5 carpet cleaner and the stain came right out with very little scrubbing. This does not give me a whole lot of confidence in your cleaning system.
I like your technicians and I love the way my carpet looks when cleaned by Zerorez!
