As a returning customer, Zeroez never disappoints me. We own four Shepards so my carpets are worn more than the average household but my 11 year old carpets always "spring back to life" after their twice a year cleanings. We enjoy the final results.... the almost brand new feeling of new carpet- except its better than brand new because there is never a mucky feeling from chemicals or smell after Zeroez is done. This company always sends professional and courteous technicians and consistently provide excellent results. I am forever a Zeroez customer.
