The grout in the living room was supposed to dry out as clean as the grout under the throw rug. It didn't, it's not as dirty as it was, but not as good as I expected. when my workers left they assured me after a couple hours it would be dry and look like the grout under the throw rug.
there are places that the clean grout stops an inch from the baseboard in the hallway and in the kitchen
The workers were fine, no problem. My expectations were perhaps too high.
I won't use Zerorez again for tile. There are lots of tile cleaning/grout cleaning companies I can use that probably wouldn't cost as much either. I'll shop around.

I wasn’t disappointed so to speak, the serviceman was great, I just don’t think zerorez was any better than someone else. Just my opinion, no reflection on the technician/serviceman.

I was very disappointed that they could not remove the stain in my den and I was really upset that after cleaning my dinning room chairs that they left my dinning room floor a mess. Other tan tat I was pleased. I would recommend zerorez I have used therm in the past. Thank you First name removed

The technician was very informative about the process and demonstrated the cleaning. I liked the green process of the cleaning of the furniture and how quickly we were able to use.
You did not disappoint me at all. It is simply TOO SOON to comment on your work. As soon as I have more than a week to live with it, I will be able to respond. The actual work that Zach did here was fine, but carpets always look great when just done. You have to wait a while to see what happens.

Mostly Chris, he was polite and courteous yet down to earth. Carpets all look good have one spot in my bedroom, I think it is coconut oil or moisturizer, but it certainly looks better. Chris did spend extra time on spot. The carpets look wonderful and I was surprised there was no smell like wet dog while carpets were drying. I would definitely recommend Zerorez and hope Chris could do all the jobs. Sincerely, Sheila Edgar
