Always are very courteous, timely, and do an excellent job. The only issue I had was that I wanted a bottle of the cleaner, and none was available. Only the gallon size. Other than that, I was very happy with my service and will continue to use them.
I would hate to see the water in the tank after you scrubbed the carpet at our rental house, especially since it was supposed to have been done when the renters moved out. Extremely happy with the results.

The cleanest my carpets have ever gotten from any company I’ve used in the past 20 years of domestic care. No chemical smells, just very clean feeling and smelling carpet. I also love that it truly only takes 8hrs dry time max for my high traffic areas! I’ll never leave Zerorez!

It will be two weeks tomorrow that my carpets were cleaned. I paid almost $700. I called in to report that the tech had left some lighter colored spots behind, like he overcleaned or scrubbed the carpet too much. I was initially told this was impossible, that your products don't bleach the carpet. Well something happened! My carpets have been cleaned numerous times and this has never happened, ever! I pointed it out to the tech and he said that can happen sometimes and brushed it off like it wasn't a big deal. I have sent pictures in via text, didn't hear back for a few days, played phone tag for another few days, was told I would hear from someone about stopping by to take a look. I need my carpet fixed or a refund, that is how you make it right.
