The person that cleaned my grout left a lot of water on my carpet. Also, he told me when he took up the old sealant that this was dust. Really. I had to use several towels to get the water out of my carpet at the doorway and around my stove.

I liked the man that came out to clean our rugs...Tyrell was wonderful and did a good job..I think it is pricy but I hope worth it.
I didnt appriciate getting feedback that our carpet needed replaced. But course i knew that, i justed needed my carpet looking better for my daughters Bridal Shower. And the added cost for a little hall was disappointing.
We've noticed after several years of using Zerorez, our carpets look better than ever. So clean and fresh. No heavy fragrances like typical steam cleaning. Its true that after a few cleanings, the clean is even better now than the first 2 times.
It was fast and really cleaned the carpets well.
The end result was wonderful. Our technician, Robbie McKinnon, was kind, helpful and a hard worker!
