Timely and chemical free

Drying time is much longer than was indicated.

Needed to keep door open for cords and hoses that were used. Not ideal when its 100+ degrees outside.

Carpet is smelling unpleasantly musty the day after...was expecting more of a refreshing clean smell.

Carpet cleaning was not even close to the same quality that we received last visit.

Carpets were done great but never noticed the reps wearing booties until they offered me a pair to use when they were leaving. 2nd, I asked the rep what the total price would be so I wouldn’t be surprised at the end this was done once I added the pet treatment,he was already working on the upstairs. He put it into his phone and gave me a number. I said it was fine and away he went back to cleaning. Once done he asked me to sign on his small phone2x I never saw a total or any disclaimers. Once he and his partner left I received a receipt via email for about $75 more than the total he told me I called the office and was told very politely ( the next day) the new price was the price and they would use my experience as training and also thanks for the feedback on the phone signature. I was given a $50 credit to my account for the misunderstanding. Not sure I’ll use it. The techs were very nice though.

Everything! It was a simple and easy process to schedule and Zerorez delivered world class service! I regret not contacting them sooner and laboring through the process myself. After renting carpet and tile cleaners over the years and loaboring through the process myself I realized how foolish I had been. Zerorez performed a whole house cleaning within a few hours and the results are fantastic. I’ve become a customer for life!

Lacy was my technician & she did an outstanding job! She was very thorough & conscientious about her work and the quality of the work. I would use her again anytime that I have my carpets cleaned.

Additionally I wanted to tip her for her excellent job, but she told me that the company didn't allow for tips. It is important for you to know that she honored the company policy, because I offered the tip more than once. She is an honest & valuable employee for Zerorez.

We like that our carpets are cleaned with empowered water and no soaps or chemicals. The carpet feels clean but not stiff and the stains come out. All of your employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Our service technician was very friendly and was not pushy or aggressive.

My sister, who is an interior decorator, recommended Zerorez to me the first time I used your company. The people who come to my house have always been so nice and really efficient. My carpets are not new, but they still seem to do an amazing job of getting them to look good. This time I also had my kitchen tile cleaned and it looks great! Your prices are always quite reasonable, too. I will continue to use your company and I have recommended you to friends and family also.

We have had other companies come and do a fairly good job. None have pulled up the crud that we did not see like Zerorez. We had decade old stains that others tried to remove. We had a hard time finding them when our technician was done. I have worked in my fathers janitorial business while growing up and know what a good carpet cleaning looks like. These folks do top notch work.

Zerorez is able to get the carpet cleaned and looking almost brand new. We had somebody else clean our carpets and had to call Zerorez to come and clean up the mess that they made of our carpets. Once Zerorez was finished, my carpets looked amazing. Thank you Zerorez!!

First of all, my technician was from the East which is where I’m from...so we really hit off! He was personable, courteous, and did an excellent job. His name is Thomas and I will be asking for him when I need my carpets cleaned again. Zero Rez is the BEST!

First off, Zero Rez worked around my short notice shedule. I got into a short notice booked schedule, all because this company cares about their clients and they want your business! They earned mine! Very fast, set a time and they were here promptly on time.

The services I had done was ceramic tile cleaned as well as my carpets. They were extremely nice and fast at their work task. I am a perfectionist and I have to say I had nothing to complain about. My stains were lifted out of different areas of my carpets. My tile and grout is looking brand new again (even though its 4 years old).
