The tech was friendly and honest. I loved that he didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and the carpet smells fresh and not like chemicals. Plus it’s soft, and not crunchy.

Zeroes was very efficient, they explained everything they will be doing. The carpet came out very clean and was dry in a few hours.

Our carpet looks amazing but mostly importantly, Hayden made the experience exceptional. He was kind, professional, and courteous from start to finish. Our carpets haven’t been cleaned since the were installed in 2012. He took extra care in the high traffic areas, the stairs, and spots around my condo. The carpet looks brand new all thanks to Hayden’s diligent work.

I still have stains on my carpet and the grout on my tile wasn’t totally clean. I wanted to have a chair cleaned, yes it did have urine stains , but I felt like the service guy really didn’t want to clean it , yes I thought the quote that was given to me was for everything the cleaning the smell the spots , I put it out in front of the yard I was very sad to let the chair go , I was hoping we could save the chair.
I was excited to finally get to use your service, but I wasn’t totally satisfied. Maybe next time it will be better. Thank you for asking for my feedback

The people doing the service (Todd and Mike) were very polite and careful while cleaning. I like that they explained the process and did not waste any time getting started. They were very efficient. The carpet took longer to dry than we were told it would take but this is a humid time of year and because of the heat, we were unable to open the windows/doors. It was not a problem and we left it overnight to dry completely before replacing furniture. It would be better to project more time than less when talking to clients. Carpet feels great, not crunchy, like many other carpet cleaners leave it.

I was a little disappointed that the the laundry room and one of the bathrooms did not clean as well as the others. I don't think that it was due to technique as the other bathrooms look great. I also was hoping that one section of the family room carpet would have cleaned up a little better....there is still a faint darkened area in front of the TV and one section of the couch. It is a lot better than before it was cleaned but I had hoped that the area of heavy traffic would be spotless. I guess that even Zerorez can't perform miracles.

It worked. I've cleaned my carpet myself with a Hoover shampooer I bought some years ago. Then I've tried a couple other carpet cleaning companies that did not satisfy me they way ZEROREZ did. Thank you.

The technical side of things interested me and our tech Dylan was very informative. He took his time to let us understand the different levels of service that could be done. We we're pleased with the work and will ask that Dylan come back to clean again in the future.

From beginning to end of dealing with Zerorez, the staff was compitent, timely, efficient and true to their words. The man who cleaned was professional and very nice to have in our home. The pricing was fair and straight forward from the very beginning. Will only call on Zerorez to clean our carpets.

Your tech was awesome when he came out to clean. You customer service personnel who answer the phone was not very nice when I was asking about a specific special. The only reason I kept the appointment was because it was for my daughter otherwise I would've went somewhere else.

I have been watching or listening to your commercials for some time. One of my neighbor used your service recently and recommended you. I was able to book you on the Internet in a couple of days at a time that was convenient for me. The job was done in a professional manner and the result was very good.

Carpets are not crunchy

Just don't feel the cleaning process is any better or different than other carpet cleaning. Tech didn't have a uv light in his van so was unable to spot treat pet stains. Instead used an odor treatment which didn't improve odor and odor was worse after cleaning.
