The carpet is actually clean - unlike the results from other carpet cleaning companies. It is dry within a few hours - not a couple of days. The gentlemen who cleaned our carpets were professional, courteous and answered any questions I had. We will definitely use Zerorez in the future.

I would like to have had more rooms cleaned, but the cost was too much. Why couldn't I have had two sets of 3 rooms cleaned for $115 for each three rooms? The price I was given for the extra room and kitchen tile floor was $345 total,.

My carpets looks great and the tile is noticeably cleaner, but the grout doesn’t seem to have been cleaned at all. I think that the techs should improve processes to thoroughly clean the grout or lower prices to indicate that grout-cleaning is not a service that is offered.

We had 3 rooms done and paid the extra $40.00 per room for stain and what we thought would get rid of cat urine in 1 room. We still had stains in 2 of the rooms and the urine smell did not go away. We also bought the 2.5 gallon bottle of the empowered water. I then called the office about the urine smell and was told that 1 room would be another $250.00 to get rid of the urine/smell. So, with the smell and some stains still there after Zerorez was out, I wonder why we even bothered and wasted $300.00. We used you once before and it was great. We had told numerous people about your company. That will not longer happen. We got pricing on having our tile done and was going to do it, but now we won't. So very disappointed and angry over WASTING $300.00.
