I love how easy it is to set up an appointment and that you call as a reminder as busy as people are we can get forgetful at times. The service men are always so incredibly nice and hard working. The only issue I have is this is the second time we used your service and the day our carpets get cleaned and the day after they look great but certain spots always pop back up. We end up using a chemical product to fully remove those spots. Overall we are satisfied and I work for Teo Men and A Truck and we have customers who are always looking for recommendations for hard floors and carpets and all five of our service reps refer the customers to you and we will sometimes give the Cøupons you gave to me to hand out but I sometimes forget those.
It was amazing how the stains were removed n the service rep was excellant service. Thank you

I have used Zerorez in the past at my previous home and before, the customer service was fair but some of the techs that came out were not the friendliest people and certainly not enjoying their jobs.
This time around, the tech was super friendly, efficient and informative. I enjoyed having Zerorez come out and help keep my new house looking clean and beautiful.
Dude was super-nice, early, finished quickly, and my floors look GREAT. Literally, what else could I ask for?
Very professional. Job was done with care and results were amazing.
Service technician was knowledgeable and explained the entire process. Once he knew the history of carpets he was able to scale back the treatment plan. I didn't feel pressured into anything and felt his advice would be sufficient for the results we were wanting. Our white carpets look great so far! I'm keeping my fingers crossed none of the stains return. I would definitely use zerorez again!

It works....Zerorez was able to get red sharpie out of my very light carpet! Also, friendly, knowledgeable employees.
I got charged more than what the young lady told me over the phone for my sectional! She said 150 and when I had to pay gentlemen he chrged me 230 way over the price.
The whole reason we had you clean the carpets was to get dog pee odor out. But my carpets still smell.
Technician arrived within promised time and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We had several dark stains that he said might not be removed completely, but he would do his best. He did his best, and the stains are gone! We were completely satisfied with the service and will call again anytime we need any floor cleaning done.
I paid a super high premium for the pet stain service, and I wouldn’t recommend it. My carpet wasnt that bad, but it didn’t remove the smell completely which means it wasn’t totally cleaned. Very disappointed for the amount I paid. I expected better.
The service was adequate. The staff member was fine. It just seems that your QC has decreased. There were no wall guards in the truck, a simple coffee stain seemed challenging requiring a stinky treatment that made me sneeze, there was no cautionary warning about slipping on the tile, etc, etc.
It appears that your staff is always changing and results are different every time.

Our traffic area, especially on the stairs was pretty dirty. I was afraid we'd have to buy new carpet. Zerorez got it cleaned beautifully!

Zerorez has great customer service and product. They always leave my old carpet, that really needs to be replaced, looking new and very clean. This is the only company I will use to clean my carpet.
