My technician was timely, friendly and efficient
Everyone is always pleasant and professional. We never use anyone else. We just had some area rugs done and are going to have our tile cleaned and sealed. Charles was fantastic and did a demonstration for us. We are probably calling this week to set up an appointment and would like to have Charles do the work.

When I scheduled online it for 2 rooms and a hallway for 116.00 not including the pet odor. I was also told they would show up between 2-4. Early is always good but in this case I had to work so I was expecting them when I got off of work at 130. Then I was charged 150.00 for 2 rooms and no hallway. I had heard there was a special on the radio for 35.00 a room. It was too good to be true. I should not have went with JohnJay and Rich but instead done it myself for a cheaper price and I wouldve been able to do my whole house.
I had the carpets and tile cleaned in a house I was selling back in April. The carpet and tile were in rough shape, I just wanted to make them presentable to sell. I was utterly shocked how well it all turned out. I have a black dog as well and was amazed how clean it got. After buying a new home, I didn't hesitate to contact Zerorez again. This time around I was a bit disappointed. There is still large amount of white dog hair still in the carpet from the previous owners.

Carpets didn't come clean the way I expected from zero rez. Still dirt and dark spots all over carpet. Tech said it was in the fibers and wouldn't come out. Will hire someone else to see if they can get them clean.

No chemicals and no crunchy carpets after. My technician, Trey Rogers, was very contentious and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the job

Floor is still not clean after the second attempt. Very disappointed with the cleaning this time. I cleaned my floors this morning just by wiping them down with water and there was so much dirt still left. Can not believe I paid over $300 for this.
