Staff and procedures
Carpets remained “crunchy” after cleaning.

Wow. Your magic worked. My carpet was a disaster. I wasn’t sure if I should burn down the house or call ZeroRez. Luckily, I called and they spared my carpet. Fast clean and efficient. You and your magic water rock.

Poor job.
Very happy with elimination of pet stain odors from carpet, though carpet stains still remain. Tile grout appears much cleaner but product applied after tile and grout cleaning leaves a terrible, disgusting film.

Job is done well and fast. Schedule was made with a 2 hour window and they arrived with in it. Job was done in a timely number. Also like that it doesn't take all day for the carpet to dry.

The associate that cleaned our tile did a fantastic job and was very professional.
Floors had a film and grout was black, the film and black grout lines are gone, walked around in white socks after ZeroRez treatment and sock were still white! Will definitely use them again!!!!
