I have been happy with Zerorez for many years.
We had two rooms and a wool rug cleaned. There was no residue or smell and the colors on the rug really popped when complete. I personally appreciated the follow up to the appointment by zerorez in reminding me of the upcoming time and when the technician could be there if early. I have recommended them to others already. Also our technician was very cordial and friendly.

Carpets look great and don’t have that crunchy, sticky feel afterward. And, my carpets look great for a long time after as well.
The best thing is that you get our carpets clean without using soaps or chemicals which just attract dirt down the road. The carpet isn't "crunchy" when we first walked on it after the cleaning because there was nothing but water left behind. I like the professional manner in which the technician conducted himself. I feel that he did his very best to get any stains out and showed me where he was not successful at that. I like the way you protect the corners of the walls that the hose will be rubbing against. After all the years of using carpet cleaners who used soap and chemicals, I am glad that I found Zerorez a few years ago. I tried your services after hearing ads multiple times on the radio.

I thought that a little more time and work would’ve been put into cleaning the floor. The young man sprayed a layer of stuff then shop vacuumed it all up. No sweeping no vacuuming, and no scrubbing. It looks patchy and hurried! Could have been better.
The technician was extremely courteous and informative. The work was performed in a thorough and efficient manner. I couldn't be happier with the results. Clean as a whistle without the residual cleaner and crunch that you have with the other "conventional" cleaners.
The technician was awesome and the service all in all was gr8 but the carpet that was cleaned is a pet resistant carpet and the cleaning didn't get the pet urine out so it still smells and the carpet company told us that being it's pet urine resistant carpet that all it just needed is professional cleaning.

it removes tough stains and dries quickly. No residue feeling left on the carpet. The cleaner was quick and professional and left no damage to my wood floor and protected the corners of my walls from the heavy and large hoses needed to clean the carpet.
