This was our first time using Zerorez..It was the first time we had our carpets professional cleaned after living here for 8 years ..I was very satisfied ..the carpet came out so clean..our technician Joseph explained how everything worked and did a fantastic job.

I like most of everything. This time a couple places were missed on the edge of the carpet in the living room.
I do tell other people I wouldn't use any other company. Most everything else is very good and like what you use on the carpet. So I do and would recommend your company to others.
I loved how clean my carpets look. There was little to no smell from them being cleaned and they dried very fast. The gentleman who came was polite, friendly with my kids and dog before they left with other family members.
Several spots returned. The remarks sent with the receipt stated there had been urine on the carpet. This was discovered to not be true. However your representative was hardworking and diligent.
