I called and got 3 rooms for 135. That included 1 room of treatment. I told her I had pet stains and she said it was 40 for that so she would remove the treatment which brought it down to 119 and he would charge me the 40 once he looked at it if I needed it. He came and said it would be 179.00 for what I needed but what I really needed was another $350 to get the smell out of the pad below. I'm thinking 550 I can replace the carpet not clean it. I just did the 179 and my house smells like dog pee in one room. There are all the stains on top of the carpet as well still there and my front door area still is brown. It doesn't look like that room ever got cleaned. I've used you several times in the past and was always happy with it. Last time her piddle stains came out no problem. I regret having you come out and clean it. I feel I wasted 179.00

I was very disappointed to see that when our area rug dried there were still stains, and it appeared that it hadn't even lightened it up. I paid $170 yesterday to essentially have your company hose down the rug. For spending that kind of money I do expect to have a rug cleaner than if I just hosed it off in the front yard. I would like someone to come out and reclean the rug so that the stains are removed. Please contact me at Phone number removed. Thank you

Topical smell stronger.
That could be my fault, though, because I used another cleaning solution prior and its smell is very strong.

The technicians that came this time didn't seem to go the extra mile to get stains out of the carpet. In some areas it looked worse after they left. On the plus side, they didn't try to up sell me either.

This was the second time that I have used your services. I was thrilled the first time. Unfortunately the clean carpet I was walking away from because I was moving out and was cleaning as part of my rental contract. This time I was getting my carpets cleaned for me. I have been in this rental for over a year and was ready to see the carpets look like they did when I moved out of the other house. I wasn't as impressed this time. I worked myself up so much and was really disappointed. They didn't even smell clean. The carpets looked better but not like I was expecting. When I moved in the carpets were new so I was hoping to get pretty close to that look, like I did the first time. I may try a third time but I'm not sure. I have severe allergies so I love the idea behind "natural" cleaning. The whole process is amazing and better then any other carpet cleaning I have ever used. I have a carpet shampooer now. For now, I will try to keep up with my carpets. For the record, I do have pets now but I vacuum at least 4 times a week and I have a Kirby vacuum and a Dyson animal vacuum. I spend a lot of time keeping my space as clean as possible. Thank you for the opportunity to tell you my thoughts.
