Prompt and professional. Answered my questions, pride was same as quoted online and did an excellent job cleaning.
Quick and friendly.
On my initial call I explained that my bedroom furniture was too heavy for me to lift. I was told the technician would bring styrofoam blocks. My technician was a woman and did not have the styrofoam. I asked her to stay as far away from my furniture as possible. She did and I appreciate that. We have path marks going into the bedroom and around the bed. She tried to get those areas clean, but after going over them several times the pathways are still stained. I saw your ad on Sonoran living and assumed you could get the pathway back to normal. I think my worst complaint is that my carpet was very wet after the cleaning. I have a Hoover carpet cleaner that I’ve used before. It pulls more of the water out than your system did. She did a good job, I don’t have any complaints about her. The wetness was my biggest concern. Wish you could pull more moisture out of the carpet. Furniture seems to be fine even with the wetness.
Stubborn stains were removed. Called b4 arriving.
Fast drying time
The technician was on time and friendly, and the carpets look great. There were no hidden costs or fees, and I would use this company again.
The product is amazing but so was the technician. He did such a great job I asked him if he owned his own franchise.

When I got back home 4 hours later after having my carpet and tile cleaned, I was shock. It looked like I walked into a brand new home!
The next day, my sister came by and was like "wow, who did your carpet and tile." So as you already know, I referred her to Zerorez.
Good work. Fair prices. Dirty areas (traffic area) could be cleaner---but we're satisfied.

The tech was very informative and helpful. He understood that problems and concerns that I had with the previous tech. He took has time and addressed the issues the previous tech did not. Thank you for having a caring staff and one that wants to make thing right.
I paid quite a bit of extra money to have some pet stains removed and they are still there. In fact, the smell, which was gone for the first 24-36 hours is even back.
I paid almost, an extra, 100.00 to get that removed and it is still there. The gray look to some areas also came back.
Everything looked great when the technician left, it wasn't until it had been dry for a day or 2 that the stains came back (A LOT) and then the smell came back. We had the carpets cleaned because we were having a graduation party . . . needless to say, it wasn't the outcome we had hoped for in a carpet cleaner. We'd LOVE if you could come back out one more time to correct a few areas, but we are not willing to pay any more money, as we already overpaid for the service we received.
With all of the radio ads, especially about pet stains, we expected more. We would have chosen a local carpet cleaner and kept the money in our community.
This is NOT a reflection of your technician. He was wonderful and made sure we were satisfied before he left. Everything looked fine while it was still wet, so there was nothing more he could have done at the time to correct the issue.

I was very pleased with the services I received from Zerorez. The carpets turned out beautiful and the technician assigned to my home was polite, well groomed and delight to have in my home. He worked hard at getting the stains out of our carpet and I would definitely use your services again.
