Nice job on our carpet!
Aside from the "zero residue" element, which is why I first started using you... I've been so pleased with the customer service. On this last one, I needed you to go into my condo rental, I had no idea what the state of the place would be in when my tenants moved out, so the woman I spoke to on the phone with, helped me walk thought what I "might need" knowing we could pair down or adjust as needed once the tech arrived. Once he arrived, he was really great! Showed up on time. He let me know where I'd overestimated my needs and adjusted them, and then made suggestions of other things I may want to consider, but not in a pushy way. I ended up having him clean outdoor carpet on the balcony and power wash the front steps. I didn't even know that service existed and I'll use THAT again.
I like your professionalism and friendly service. We have used your service for several years now and had only one issue which was resolved very quickly. Our technician, Peter Fortune, was awesome. He listened to our concerns and explained the process. I have to say, this is the first technician that took the time and care to clean the carpets ensuring he cleaned behind the doors and our hallway area with the most foot traffic. He also took a moment to get to know our elderly dog. She ended up following him for a bit. She ended up falling asleep in his path to spray the scotch guard. When he reached where she was sleeping and she didn't wake up, he sprayed around her completing the rest of the house and then went back to where she was. He patiently waited for her to get up and walk to another area so he could complete the spraying. I think you should have new technician's train with Peter. I hope Peter is still working our area when we call for the next cleaning as I will be requesting him. He is awesome!!!

You advertise a price and then when a potential customer contacts you to get that price, you surprise them with an additional environmental charge which is false advertising and should be reported.

Arrived on time and set up corner protectors and equipment quickly. Peter did a great job and was very professional. The carpet turned out looking like new. I honestly didn't think it ever would come out so clean and fresh. So pleased with Zerorez.

Just didn't seem to know exactly what he was doing. Results sort of sloppy. Unfortunately you can't really tell until it dries.
The cleaning process results in carpets that stay cleaner longer as well as makes the carpets last longer....this is a big deal when dealing in rental properties. If I can get another year or two out of a carpet it is good for my clients.

The work done was satisfactory. I thought the charge of $419 was kind of steep but I went ahead with it because I really needed the job done right away. When I presented the workman with the check he stated it would be necessary to provide my driver's license number and its expiration date. I've never had to do such a thing before and I never intend to do so again.
