I highly recommend Zerorez! Their technician was extremely professional and answered questions that I had. My carpets afterwards were so clean and fresh smelling. My carpets looked as good as new. I'm impressed and will definitely use them again!

Job was one master bedroom and the tile in two bathrooms. Did one pass with my vacuum once the carpet was dry and it filled up the entire vacuum with pet hair and dirt. Tile wasn’t cleaned under the sinks in both bathrooms and they sit 9” above the floor so it’s seems pretty accessible but it wasn’t touched. Tile also wasn’t cleaned around the toilets. Overall pretty disappointed and It’d be nice to get a refund since I already hired new cleaners to do the job again.
The tecnicians have always been polite and efficient. The product works extremely well, we have ZeroRez out about every 6 months and they do a great job.

The tech should have put on a pretreatment before cleaning the rug. Dissatisfied with the outcome of the cleaning. His hose also took a quarter-size chunk of paint off the wall. I'm not too concerned about that but I was hoping for better results on the carpet cleaning 🙁
I have used Zerorez for 12 years and have always been very happy with the results. I have a retail store and the carpet is now 22 years old. Daily vacuuming and having Zerorez regularly clean has keep it in amazingly great condition. I have also had Zerorez clean the carpet at my home and am also very happy with the results. They are always on time, very courteous and do a great job.

They did a great job. Worked quickly. I had some thing stains I didn’t know about and cleaning those up was pretty expensive but the cleaning itself wasn’t bad.

Great service and fantastic customer service
The tech was very nice and professional. First there was a leak in his water line hose that thankfully I observed before it became a larger problem as he was here for a couple hours. Then the final step equipment, the extractor did not work, and he had to try and repair it for 30 minutes. There are areas that looked wet yesterday, but now it looks like areas were missed. Oh well, lesson learned... Thanks
